Another letter required!!!!!
We decided what we were going to buy on Saterday, but were not able to claim the Coverplan voucher because it was not during the coverplan office hours.
Yesterday, I went up to Currys and asked a manager to get me my vouchers as I was ready to spend them. He went off to get the vouchers from Coverplan.
He came back and told me that the previous vouchers had not been cancelled and he would have to contact to manager I was dealing with before, who was now working elsewhere.
Half an hour I was standing at the service desk with not knowing what was going on. When he came back he said I had to post a letter (not a fax) to Coverplan explaining why I didn't use the vouchers the last time.
Aaaaaaaaarrrgghhh!!!!
I wrote a letter there and then explaining that I didn't find anything suitable. The manager there said that he would post the letter for me via special delivery service.
It should be sorted by the end of the week.
