Mastercare Coverplan

I immediately rang coverplan as suggested by Currys. They told me that the vouchers had been posted to me.
However we then realized that the address they had was a short version of our actual address, that would probably never arrive.

This mistake was possibly a result of the sales person only typing in half the address at the time of purchasing the camera. Or maybe we only provide a partial address.

Regardless it would have been a good idea to confirm our postal address once they decided to use it.

They then said that, in order to send out the vouchers again, I would first have to sign an indemnity form stating that I have never received the vouchers. With the idea in my head that It may have originally been my own mistake, I agreed and gave them my full address. The said they would post out the form for me to sign.

No vouchers yet

Over a month past a no sign of my vouchers. I rang Currys to see what the problem was. They couldn't help and said that it was an issue with Coverplan and that I should contact them.
